this is what happens when you drop a loaf of bread as you’re taking it out of the pan. :s
anyway, this time the problem was i was using a recipe meant for rolls. i wasn’t sure what it was supposed to be like, so i just tried it anyway. the crust is really crunchy and the inside is really soft. too soft, even. i doubt the kids will eat this, either. it is tasty, though.
i’ll try again in a couple days.
