well, it’s friday once again. i have been so bored today. and tired. i haven’t been sleeping that well the last week or so. g has been off all this week for spring break, and that’s gotten us all off schedule. easter didn’t help any, let me tell you. they had so much candy on easter they were bouncing of the walls. of course, i didn’t really enforce bedtime too much since he was on vacation. bad mommy.

i have been dying to go out and take some photos this whole week, but just haven’t had the opportunity. i’m hoping this weekend, although i have to go to a baby shower on sunday. yay. i guess i can take photos on the way there and back, they do live out in the country. i hope my mom won’t mind stopping along the way.

my sister is coming for a visit next week for our dad’s birthday. i finally admitted to her a couple of weeks ago, that i’ve gotten interested in photography. i have this feeling that after she sees my camera she is going to suddenly get more interested in photography herself. and then go and get one of the top of the line dslr just so she can have a better one than mine.

well, could this blog have been any more boring? sorry. i had actual topics earlier in the week that i’d contemplated blogging on, but i can’t remember any of them now. oh well. hey, maybe this will help those of you with insomnia.

i knew i’d find a silver lining if i thought about it long enough.

video friday: rated m for mature

well, it’s that time again. it’s video friday. and this week i asked for suggestions. i got some good ones, but so as not to overload you, i’ve only picked a couple. if you don’t see one of your videos listed, well, i’m sorry. check back next week.

so, first off, fuzzy slippers was the first to make some requests for today. i thought they sounded pretty good, too, but actually finding them proved difficult, nay impossible. there is a very limited number of snl skits on youtube. maybe when that new rival to youtube comes out, there will be more, as nbc will be one of the partners. we’ll just have to wait and see.

anyway, i did find a snippet of a ‘weekend update’ with jane curtain and gilda radner.

now, the second video was actually something i thought of after reading infamous rider’s post from yesterday. to be even more accurate, it was from reading the comments between her and gypsy. marie, you may want to skip this video. 😉

now, this last one is just a link, as i couldn’t find how to embed it into the blog. this is for fuzzy, also, as she mentioned this episode of the x-files in her last post. she also mentioned how she couldn’t find any videos for it. she also wondered how i manage to find all these videos that i bring to you each week. i’m afraid, my friend, that that is an ancient chinese secret. 😉

anyway, this is the actual, full-length episode, or at least i think it is. i couldn’t actually get it to play, but maybe y’all will be able to get it to work.
