i commented earlier today about being grateful i couldn’t see the ads on here. then about an hour and a half ago i suddenly see ads every time i click on any page anywhere online.

i’m curious…
not that i’m in the market for a new camera right now, but i can’t help but wonder why i can’t seem to find out who’s selling the latest samsung dslr. i really love my gx10 and am hoping to eventually upgrade to the gx20 in a year or two. however, looking on samsung’s website, they don’t list any retailers at all. i bought my gx10 from circuit city back in february, but now they don’t even offer that.
i don’t know why i’m worried about this, but it’s bugging me. other than amazon, which does have it, but with the kit lens (which i don’t need), i can’t find any retailers, just reviews.
i know, who cares.

just another reason why the media sucks
my friend mitch reposted one of his 360 blogs on older women and after reading it, it renewed a desire in me to post a blog i’d been thinking about writing for a while now.
you see, there is this stupid commercial running here for a cosmetic procedure, or the substance used in a procedure, that really, really irritates me.
am i the only one annoyed by the woman that wants to hide her real age from her boyfriend? what’s going to happen when he finds out the truth? why is she so sure her real age would be objecionable to him? nothing like starting off a relationship with a lie!
and i admit, i’m starting to get some wrinkles around my mouth and my eyes and it doesn’t thrill me. but i can’t imagine injecting who-the-hell-knows-what into my face to cover them up. ick. that just seems crazy to me.
